Orange Cottage Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. orange juice (fresh, frozen or Tang)
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger

Preparation

Blend at high speed until creamy smooth.
Makes 1 cup.
Pour over salad.
Serve with bread pudding, etc.
