Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
1 large carton cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Lightly brown ground beef in skillet.
Season with garlic, salt and pepper.
Drain off fat.
In blender, mix tomatoes, tomato paste and sauce mix.
Pour sauce into large saucepan; add meat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until ready to assemble lasagne.
