Ham And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 c. chopped cooked ham
    1 c. cooked rice or macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Combine butter and flour in a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until bubbly.
    Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chicken, ham, rice, celery, salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Yields 4 servings.
