Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease lightly a 9-inch deep pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pan.
    Place remaining ingredients in blender and mix at high speed for 1 minute.
    Pour in pan.
    Bake until golden brown or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
