Pork Chops And Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thin pork chops (about 1 lb.)
1 c. apple juice
1 medium onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 can sweet potatoes, drained
Preparation

Brown chops on both sides.
Cover with onion slices.
Add 3/4 cup apple juice.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
In bowl, mix flour, allspice and 1/4 cup apple juice.
Place sweet potatoes around chops in pan.
Pour mixture over all.
Cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
