Sweet Valentine Heart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Place gelatin in blender.
    Pour boiling water over it.
    Let stand for 1 minute, then blend at high speed for 1 minute until gelatin dissolves.
    Add cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Blend at medium speed.
    Add Ricotta, a little at a time and blend.
    Cut cream cheese in 1-inch cubes, add a few at a time while blending.
    When smooth pour in mold.
    Chill overnight.
    Unmold.
    Serves 8.
