Blueberry Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
3/4 c. melted oleo
1 c. water
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

Mix oatmeal, 1 cup white sugar, flour and melted oleo.
Save 1 cup for topping and press remaining into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Cook until clear and thick water, 1 cup white sugar and cornstarch.
Add fresh or frozen blueberries.
Spread over base in pan.
Top with reserved crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip.
