Stroganoff Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef
2/3 c. dry oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
hot cooked rice or noodles
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except soup, sour cream and rice/noodles.
Form meat mixture into approximately 24 balls. Place in 10-inch shallow baking dish.
Pour soup over balls.
Bake 35 minutes in preheated oven.
Blend in sour cream and serve over rice/noodles.
