Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar. Press into bottom of ungreased square (8 x 8 x 2-inch) pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Beat remaining ingredients on medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Stir in 1/2 cup coconut.
    Pour over hot crust. Bake until no indentation remains when touched lightly in center, for about 25 minutes.
    Let stand until cool.
    Cut into squares.
