Fruit And Honey Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. honey
    2 c. mixed dry fruit, finely chopped
    2 c. natural cereal
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over juice. Let stand 1 minute, stir over low heat untili gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in honey; then remaining ingredients.
    Turn into 8 or 9-inch baking pan; chill until firm.
    Cut into bars.
    Yields about 2 dozen bars.
