Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. finely sliced apples or more
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and flour.
    Add sour cream, egg and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add apples.
    Mix well; pour into shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
