Green Sauce For Burritos, Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of cumin
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    4 oz. can green chilies
Preparation
    Melt margarine over medium heat.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Add bouillon cube (crushed), milk, 1 tablespoon of onion flakes, garlic salt and cumin.
    Simmer to thicken sauce, stirring often.
    Add grated cheese and stir to melt.
    Stir in green chilies and heat until hot throughout.
    Pour over enchiladas, burritos or whatever you like.
