Chicken-Vegetable Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 celery stalk
    1/2 small onion
    1 lb. ground chicken
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Grate celery and onion.
    In bowl, mix grated vegetables with rest of ingredients.
    Shape mixture into four 3/4 inch thick patties.
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in 2 tablespoon salad oil, or spray with cooking spray, cook patties about 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked throughout, turning once.
