Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, cubed
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. pickle relish (sweet or dill)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. yellow mustard
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Place the potatoes on a baking sheet in a 400\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
