Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
1 lb. Polska kielbasa, cut and split lengthwise
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
8 rye crackers, crumbled
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart casserole, layer sauerkraut, tomatoes, Thousand Island dressing, Polska kielbasa, Swiss cheese and rye crackers. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
