Rice Pudding(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, separated
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix slightly the beaten egg yolk, 3 tablespoons sugar, tapioca and salt in saucepan.
    Add milk and cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is slightly thickened.
    Beat egg white until stiff. Beat remaining sugar in gradually.
    Add to hot mixture with raisins, rice and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
    Cool.
