10 O'Clock Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cool milk to lukewarm.
    Add salt, sugar, oil, yeast and flour. Mix well.
    Turn out in greased bowl and cover with wax paper. Let rise 1 hour.
    Roll out on floured board and cut into rolls. Put in greased pan and let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
