Dilly Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans
    dill heads
    medium garlic cloves, sliced
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Snap off stem ends of beans.
    Pack into 4 sterilized pint jars to which you have added 1 large dill head and a sliced medium garlic clove.
    Bring vinegar, water, salt and cayenne pepper to a boil.
    Pour over beans.
    Seal; process 10 minutes in hot water bath.
    Do not use quart jars.
