Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped*
    1/2 c. hot pepper, chopped*
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 packet Certo fruit pectin
    red or green food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    *Remove seeds from both peppers; cut into large pieces.
