Sauerkraut-Peanut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1/2 c. drained kraut
Preparation

Mix
the
flour,
baking
powder,
soda, salt and cocoa together.
Cream together the shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla,
water and kraut to creamed mixture.
Combine dry and liquid mixtures.
Bake in tube pan at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
