Ingredients

3 sq. baking chocolate
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
6 c. hot milk
Preparation

Combine chocolate and water.
Stir and bring to a boil and cook until melted together.
Combine sugar and salt.
Boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let cool, then add whipped cream, 1 tablespoon to a cup.
Pour into hot milk.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
