Corn Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/3 c. corn
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Bake pie crust for 5 minutes.
Combine eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion and corn; beat until well blended. stir in cheese.
Turn into partially baked shell.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Lower temperature to 350\u00b0.
Continue baking for 30 minutes until custard mixture is almost set in center. Sprinkle with chopped chives, parsley or crumbled cooked bacon.
