Fluffy White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. white sugar
    3/4 to 1 C. water
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water. Cook until it makes a long thread. Pour in thin stream over beaten egg whites; add vanilla. Beat until it starts to lose its gloss and is right consistency to spread. This frosting will remain soft.
