Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans shrimp, drained
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation

Allow cheese to get to room temperature.
Heat undiluted soup in pan over low heat 1 minute.
Add cream cheese to soup, stir to dissolve lumps.
Add gelatin to mixture; stir well.
Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and spoon into mold.
