Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 to 3 medium onions, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salt to taste
    dash of sugar
    any peppers to taste
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes and onions into large pot.
    Add crushed garlic. Add chopped peppers (sliced jalapeno may be used).
    Add vinegar, salt and sugar.
    Cook over low to medium heat until onions and peppers are done.
    Juices will cook down.
    Pour into jars and seal or put into jars and refrigerate.
