Double Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. finely chopped apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. apple juice
    1/3 c. oil
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add apples and raisins. Stir in apple juice, oil and eggs until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Immediately remove from pans. Serve warm.
