Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook on top of double boiler until it thickens.
    Store in refrigerator.
