Parmesan Sesame Seed Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
sesame seed (toasted)
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder and cayenne.
Cut butter into flour mixture.
Add cheese and the buttermilk.
Mix thoroughly. Knead at least six times on pastry board.
Roll out to desired thickness or to about 1/2-inch thick.
Top with 1 tablespoon of toasted and cooled sesame seed.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
