Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
oil

Preparation

Beat egg and milk.
Sift in flour, salt, sugar and baking powder together.
To this, add egg and milk mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into hot grease (oil).
