Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. (16 oz.) cut ziti, uncooked
    3 1/2 c. (32 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
    2 c. (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley or 1 to 3 tsp. dried
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese or to taste
Preparation
    Cook cut ziti according to package directions; drain.
    In a large bowl, combine cooked ziti, 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
    In a 3-quart casserole, pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce. Spread ziti mixture evenly over sauce. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce.
    Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes about 8 servings.
    (I use a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.)
