Chicken Tostada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 regular-size tortillas
    oil or lard for frying
    1 small, skinned, boneless chicken breast
    1/2 lettuce
    3 tomatoes
    2 c. (1 lb.) refried beans
    1/4 c. (4 oz.) sour cream
    garnishes (optional)
Preparation
    Boil the chicken breast, shred with 2 forks.
    Fry the tortillas in oil or use ready made shells.
