Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. bananas
    8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Do not beat.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately one hour.
