Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation

Crumble ground beef in 2-quart microwavable casserole.
Stir in onion.
Cover with glass lid and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients.
Recover and microwave on Roast for 12 to 14 minutes or until hot.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
