Tomatoes Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 thick tomato slices
    1 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    garlic
    minced green onion
    parsley
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes in dish.
    Combine oil, vinegar and next 4 seasonings; spoon over tomatoes.
    Cover.
    Chill 2 to 3 hours, basting occasionally.
