Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
4 tsp. butter, melted and cooled
1 lemon, grated rind and juice
Preparation

Sift sugar and flour together.
Set aside.
Beat eggs, blend all other ingredients with eggs and mix well.
Add mixture to flour and sugar mixture and mix well again.
Pour into an unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes or until pie tests done.
