Creole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. fresh tomatoes or 1 (15 oz.) can
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
water
Preparation
-
Saute onion and bell pepper until onion is clear.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Let simmer.
Cover and cook 20 minutes.
Thicken with cornstarch and water.
