Paradise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
20 saltines
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
grated coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat egg whites stiff, gradually adding sugar.
Crumble crackers and fold with chopped nuts into beaten egg whites.
Bake in 8 or 9-inch pie pan 20 minutes.
Whip cream.
Top cooled pie with whipped cream and grated coconut.
Freeze until firm.
