Diabetic Strawberry Bavarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 lb. unsweetened crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. cold water
    3/4 c. dietetic whipped topping
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar-free jello in hot water.
    Mix in cold water and pineapple juice.
    Set aside to thicken slightly.
    Whip the whipped topping.
    Puree pineapple in a blender.
    Mix pineapple with slightly thickened jello.
    Fold in whipping cream.
    Chill overnight.
    Three-fourths cup equals 1 starch or 1 fruit.
