Punkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in bowl.
Add liquids and pumpkin.
Mix well. Add raisins and nuts.
Fill three 1 pound coffee cans 2/3 full.
Grease and flour cans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
