Green Chile Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. chopped green chiles
    1 c. shredded cheese (Jack or Cheddar)
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread the chopped green chiles in pan.
    Spread 1 cup of shredded cheese on chiles.
    Add eggs, milk and Bisquick in blender; pour over cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
