Chicken, Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mild cheese, grated
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 or 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In a large boiler, saute onion and celery in butter, then add soup.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix thoroughly.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Add broth if too dry.
    Add grated cheese on top after casserole bubbles.
    Can substitute shrimp for chicken.
