Beef Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed onion crackers
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cooked spinach, well drained
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. bottled spaghetti sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry basil
    1/4 tsp. dry thyme, crushed
    1 well beaten egg
Preparation
    Combine crackers, flour and Parmesan.
    Cut in butter or margarine.\tSprinkle cold water
    over
    mixture, one tablespoon at a time, mixing with fork.
    Form into a ball.
    Wrap in clear plastic.
    Chill for 30 minutes.
    Brown
    ground
    beef;
    drain. Stir in spinach, mushrooms, spaghetti
    sauce,
    salt, basil and thyme; set aside.
    On floured
    surface,
    roll
    dough
    1/8 inch thick.
    Cut out 24 (4-inch) circles.
    Place about 1 tablespoon of filling on half of each
    circle.
    Brush
    edges
    with beaten egg. Fold dough over filling to\tform
    a
    half
    circle.\tSeal edges with fork.\tPlace on
    greased
    baking sheet.
    Brush with more egg. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Serve at once.
