Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 Tbsp. grease
    buttermilk
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    broth from chicken
Preparation
    Boil chicken and cool enough to chip chicken off bone.
    Save chicken broth.
    Mix cornmeal, grease and enough buttermilk to make a batter (like a cake).
    Grease an iron frying pan.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
