Southern Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add milk and vanilla; beat well.
    Stir in flours.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
    Bake in oven preheated to 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until beginning to brown.
