Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Cool, peel and chop finely.
    Combine in a saucepan over low heat the following:
    cheese and 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir until melted.
    Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onion and seasonings.
    Fold in the potatoes and turn into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
