Whole Wheat Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes (without milk; I use instant)
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved in 3 c. warm water
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
13 c. bread flour
Preparation

Mix shortening in hot potatoes.
Mix the rest as usual.
Use 1/3 whole wheat flour.
Let rise until double in size.
Roll out about 3/4-inch thick.
Cut like doughnuts, without the hole, or shape into balls.
Let rise until double in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Can also be made in sticky buns.
