Chicken With Brandied Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 (4 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    4 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil. Add chicken. Cook, turning once, until done. Transfer to serving platter.
    Keep warm.
    Add mushrooms to skillet. Saute 2 minutes. Stir in brandy and soy sauce. Cook 2 minutes longer. Spoon mushroom mixture over chicken.
