Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) arm or chuck roast
    1 lb. fresh carrots (whole)
    3 to 6 stalks celery
    2 onions, sliced
    6 to 8 small potatoes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Place roast and vegetables in a large, covered roasting pan (no need to brown roast).
    Mix seasoning and soups in a bowl. Pour over roast and vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
    Makes great gravy.
