Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 small can Angel Flake coconut
    5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and vegetable oil, margarine and egg yolks; beat well.
    Combine flour and soda and add to cream mixture alternately with buttermilk and vanilla.
    Stir in coconut and nuts.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in three 8-inch cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
