Spicy Turkey(Working Woman Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked diced turkey
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery and garlic in margarine.
    In large skillet, add turkey, other ingredients and 1/2 cup water.
    Stir together and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 2 to 3.
